Best. Interview. Ever.

Okay, so this is old news - man in wheelchair pushed 2 miles down highway by semi. But I've gotta hand it to the guy, because I've never heard a more sanguine interview in my life than in the CNN version. And they don't have the video up anymore, so I'll have to recreate the Q&A; here.

Interviewer: So set up the situation for us.

Carpenter: Well, I was crossing the road at the intersection, and all the cars were stopped at the light.

Interviewer: Then what happened?

Carpenter: I guess the light turned green.

Oh, hee. I'm glad the guy's all right, but that interview right there? Made my entire office laugh so hard we couldn't breathe for about 3 minutes.

You can listen to three 911 calls here. The woman in the middle one is so hysterical I was afraid for her. It sounded like she was being murdered, and I was hoping that they'd get a cop out to her (they did) to see if she needed sedation.

The BBC has video, but I couldn't watch it.
